Supply Chain Management
While some management platforms might cover one level of service provision, Viper is designed to manage the whole supply chain, ensuring a flow of services down the chain, and a flow of payments for those services up it.This is done by arranging the wholesalers, retailers and end-users making up the supply chain in a hierarchy of accounts - much like a family tree. Every account is a child of another account, and every parent account has control over its children.
Because of hierarchies:
- A parent can create customised products that it sells to its children
- A parent can charge and collect payment for use or reselling of its services by its children
- A child can use the products that it purchased from its parent
- A parent can modify the security rights of its children
- A parent can view and alter the configuration of its child accounts
- A parent can create its own end-user children
