Wholesalers, retailers, and end-users all manage their Viper services with the same tool: a web-browser-based tool called the Account Manager.
After authenticating themselves with a username and password over a secure SSL connection, the functions available to each user depend only upon their security level.
Wholesalers and retailers can manage the delivery of their products, while end-users can signup up for and administer their services at home or at work without the need to install any new software.
The appearance of the Account Manager is customisable to match the appearance of the retailer or wholesaler’s website - it can operate as an embedded part of that website, or in a separate browser window.
